Peyton and Byrne Masterchef Competition

I participated in the internal competition of the company I worked for, Peyton and Byrne. And went to the final.
It was really fun and exciting to be able to develop dishes for this challenge.
I served one entree and one entree (the recipes are in the other publications).
I have much to thank my former head chef and friend Erik Vajda for coming to support me and kindly taking the pictures for me.
