Brie with Pears Pocket in Spices
Ingredients for a dish:
1 unit Brie
1 unit Pears
3g Star anis
3g Pink pepper
300 ml Water
1- Place the water, sugar and spices in a saucepan and bring to the fire to reduce a little.
2- Cut the pears into slices.
3- When the syrup has reduced put pears, turn off the heat and cover.
4- Cut the cheese desired size and bake at 190oC for 2 minutes to warm up.
5- Garnish with salad mix, small parsley, flowers and rocket.
