Chianti Cecchi Marry with Pasta Alla Amatriciana

I bought this wine at Pisa airport when I returned from my trip to Italy.

I made the harmonization of this wine with a delicious pasta Alla Amatriciana. In this link you can see the recipe.
The wine has a ruby color, clear, bright.
In the nose presents red fruits.
It has a medium body, good acidity, with a little alcohol left over, confirms the currant that I felt in the nose and has a good persistence.

It was a good accompaniment to the folder, one complemented the other.
